Check this out,
If you see 'Update for Windows 7 (KB971003)' in your windows update list,
NEVER EVER do this update.
If you do,
your windows 7 with become a snail,
it perform really slow.
Every time you turn your computer on,
genuine window will always prompt before windows start up.

wa. this has "cured" my windows from being "sick".

This tool remove the activation status of windows 7, but I not sure if there is any 'side effect' after using it.Hopefully not...
